Welcome to the 2026 TN-KY Wildland Fire Academy Nomination Form

Please only submit this form once for ALL courses you wish to be nominated for! Write your name as it appears on your Red Card, and ensure it is spelled correctly! This will be used to generate course certificates and must be accurate. While you may nominate yourself for multiple classes occurring on the same day, you will only be allowed to take one should you be accepted into two or more. Instructions for dropping a course will be provided to all selected students.
